My name is Itumeleng Puoeng with a student number of 16712048. I have a degree in BA Communication from the North West University obtained in 2006. During my years of study I enjoyed Psychology and Public Relations, Marketing as well as Advertising which I majored in. Last year while doing my first year in PGCE I relished Education Law. Currently I am working as a lecturer in Taletso TVET Colege – Mahikeng Campus and I am facilitating Management Communication for nated students from N4-N6.

I chose to study PGCE because I have been teaching since 2008 without a proper methodology, I wanted to become a qualified teacher.I fell in love with teaching because I like interacting with people and being able to share the knowledge and skills that I acquired in my undergraduate studies, seeing them graduating gives me great pleasure and makes me proud to know that I have contributed not only to their success, but of larger society.

In COMF 511 I hope to learn more how to integrate ICT and education, use technology in the classroom to make work easier for  myself and my learners,the importance of e-Education and keeping up with technology within education sector.I think COMF will be about teaching us how to use technology or technical dvices to make learning easier and accessible to both teachers ad teir learners.
